Garden Follies has designed and produces three unique obelisks for the garden.
Using 2 x 2 inch eastern cedar, each obelisk kit is handcrafted and assembled in our workshop in Westmeath, Ontario, Canada.
All the components of the kits are pre-cut and include comprehensive diagrams and step-by-step instructions for assembly. The necessary hardware (such as screws) is also included. All that is needed to assemble one of our obelisks is a Robertson screwdriver or a power drill.
Eastern cedar can be left untreated and will last for years outside in the harshest climate. The wood gradually ages to a silvery grey. If a finish or colour is preferred, any outdoor stain will do nicely.
